It’s been an incredible journey of 7+ years for me.  After struggling with my weight for so long, I am feeling amazing and kicking butt!!! With the incredible family and support system I have found at the dojo.  I couldn’t be prouder of the person I have become!!!  Dedication, hard work, self defense, and lifestyle changes.
